Independent hotel social accounts suffer from inconsistency — different fonts, wrong colors, misaligned layouts — because the people posting aren’t designers and the tools available require either training, subscriptions, or software that doesn’t exist on the devices staff actually use. The result is a feed that looks assembled by committee rather than a coherent brand.
For this property, the constraint was direct: no laptops, no Adobe, no Canva subscriptions, and an on-premise server environment that made file sharing unreliable. Whatever the solution, it had to run entirely in a browser on a phone or shared desktop with no setup required.
A self-contained, browser-based graphic generator locked to the property’s brand standards. Team members select a format — square feed post or vertical story — enter their text, and export a finished graphic at the correct resolution. Fonts, colors, and layout are hardcoded to brand spec, so it’s impossible to produce an off-brand result.
No login, no subscription, no design skills required. The primary objective was standardization: every graphic produced looks like it came from the same hand, whether it was made by the GM, the front desk team, or the F&B staff. Accessible from any browser on any device — phones included.
